If I'm reading what he said correctly this is it. But, if you look at Somalia in the 1990s and watch the movie "Black Hawk Down" this is what was happening there even without the U.S. bombing it out of existence. So, after watching "Black Hawk Down" the movie I'm sure you don't want our soldiers going into Afghanistan like that again any time soon dealing with warlords and people being kidnapped and the United Nations trying to create some semblance of order there in a nation basically without any government at all except for a Drug Lord.
It's true the Taliban are Drug Lords who make most of their money from Opium products like Heroin and opium from the opium poppies there in Afghanistan. However, if they want to receive foreign aid and not have all Afghanistan's assets which have been frozen by the world bank they have to play now by international rules. Foreign AID is worth much more than Opium poppies ever will be by the way.
So, if the Taliban are smart they will learn to do what it takes to receive foreign aid and have Afghanistan's assets unfrozen by the World Bank.
However, who knows what will really happen over there at this point.
