This storm right now hitting about where Santa Cruz and San Francisco and the Bay area and stretching from San Francisco to Pocatello Idaho and on up to Vancouver Canada. However, for California the Bomb Cyclone and the Atmospheric River is the most powerful storm to ever hit California in history.
