And San Francisco might get a few drops too. But, the majority of it looks like it's going to hit from about Eureka in California on up to Vancouver in Canada. So, any fires still going between about Eureka and Canada might get put out by this latest rainfall. This is why the two fires in California people are still concerned about are the one near Watsonville and the one near Goleta and Santa Barbara.
Temperatures have dropped about 20 degrees from the 80s and 90s down to the 60s during the day today with winds building and it being overcast. I walked my dog on the beach and the winds blew my hat off so I had to hold it in my hand today mostly. My wife just told me to close the windows to our house and put the heater on. Definitely stormy weather. I had to move my outdoor chairs on the deck in the backyard away from sliding glass doors and windows because tonight or tomorrow we likely are going to see 30 mph winds or more. The last winds last week I wasn't prepared for and one or more chairs blew down but nothing was broken then. But, now I'm getting ready for more storms and wind and if we are really lucky some rain or hail too.
