Why isn't the U.S. exporting liquified natural gas to help Europe through this winter?

I don't fully know the answer to this question. But, I find that asking this question is useful to the survival of many people in Europe who might freeze to death this winter because they cannot afford natural gas prices from Russia which have gone from 2 dollars to $55 dollars for the same amount of natural gas which is a horrific ratio if you want people to survive this winter in Europe where it snows. I simply know that the U.S. has more natural gas than any nation on earth available. It is said that we now have 100 years worth which is more than any other country on earth.

With the U.S. increasing natural gas prices by 1900% it is also useful to ask why the prices are increasing so much here too and how many people on fixed incomes will die in the U.S. directly because of this increase in natural gas prices this winter?
