Potential Yellowjackets series spoiler: So, if you are going to watch this or haven't watched this so far yet and plan to you likely shouldn't read this:
Their passenger plane crashed in the Canadian Wilderness. At least 6 people died are were buried. They are a championship Girls High School? Soccer team.
They had been stinky for several days only having water to drink (barely enough) so 3 days to a week's time or more after burying the 6 or more people that died in the plane crash or just after.
Then one of them finds a lake. The problem with this if you don't have shelter or clean clothes to put on is that you might get cold without a shelter or other clothes to wear when you get out of the water from swimming in the Canadian wilderness. Another problem might be that if you have ever been in Canada (especially in the summer) in places like they are, the mosquitos are beyond belief to the point of where you need mosquito netting not to be eaten alive in places like they are in this series.
So, on this level the poison ivy on that one girl's leg is believable but the swimming without new clothes I wondered about and also how mosquitoes eat people alive often in the northern U.S. States and Canada in forests too during the summer.
So, being in as ideal a circumstance as they are in is very unusual for any forested area I have been in in Canada in the summer time.
