Captain Forward and Lieutenant Back

 Note: Of course you do realize that these are real people whose identities likely can never publicly as least ever be revealed?.

They were trained at UNUS which is a training facility operated by the United Nations under the Swiss Alps to train Time travel trainees. There are several classifications of these. Time Spies are a different heading than Captain Forward and Lieutenant Back. 

So, I would classify them as Air Force researchers into human extinction through any means including nuclear or biological or alien in nature. So, in this sense they research primarily the future for problems. They use and were trained to use the Flying Saucers that President Eisenhower bought in California from an alien group. This is the same Eisenhower of the Normandy invasion of World War II. So, to say he had seen some awful things during World War II would be an extreme understatement. So, when Hiroshima and Nagasaki were nuked during the ending of World War II Eisenhower saw all this in a completely different way than most other people did.

His thought was: "We are going to go extinct from nuclear weapons given how humans naturally are with PTSD during wars."

Eisenhower might not have used the term PTSD because I don't think it was in popular usage yet while he was president. I think PTSD came into usage in the popular vocabulary during the Viet Nam war in the 1960s and after.

Instead he likely used the term "Battle Fatigue" which meant the same thing. Or sometimes people just called them the "Walking Wounded". In other words people physically okay but maybe staring blankly at a wall and having bad waking and sleeping dreams a lot of the time from being forced to kill in bad situations and watching their fellow soldiers be blown to bits that had been their friends. You aren't going to forget pieces of your friends scattered all around you and possibly over your body too from an explosion like a mortar or rocket propelled grenade.

So, when he was offered time-space traveling Flying saucers for a price in the early 1950s in California he unhappily agreed to the aliens price which was experimentation on average human beings but not leaders at that time. Because he knew without time travel humans would likely be extinct by 1955 or 1960 at the latest without a way to prevent nuclear holocausts before they happen.

This is how "UNUS" arose. It meant "United Nations with the United States" in order to retroactively 'Change timelines' so the earth didn't become an asteroid belt (at least permanently anyway) and by changing time after an event by tracking down and killing through time those responsible the world seemed okay through the rest of the 1950s, 1960s, 1970s, 1980s and 1990s. However, in 1992 evidence came back through time that it was possible that the whole human race went extinct in 2095. This actually happened. If you want to read more about this here is a link:

In other words "United Nations sanctioned operations using U.S. military" in addition to volunteers all over the world. So, Time spies could be from any nation on earth and were trained by Arcane who often went by the code name "George Orwell" for obvious reasons of how problematic all this was to earth's survival.

However, then there were and are people like Captain Forward and Lieutenant Back assigned to the United Nations time research division who are like military researchers. In other words they are always armed with at least a leg mounted .38 special pistol and at least one knife built into their belt buckle at all times. However, generally speaking their assignment is to try not to have to kill anyone because time could suffer sometimes drastically in unforeseen ways. They were allowed to talk to people and interact with people but mostly they were not allowed to tell people what they really were up to while traveling through time doing research for the United Nations.

So, when Captain Forward and Lieutenant Back went forward to check these rumors they were killed by the U.S. military in 2080. Why? Because several Generals Cushy lives would change in unforeseen ways because the whole timeline was going to change if Captain Forward and Lieutenant Back took news of mass extinction back to 1992 their home time.

So, His Oneness of Earth (appointed by the Galactic Sentience between 40,000 and 70,000 years ago as a Time Lord Oneness of Earth sent for Arcane (George Orwell of UNUS) to rescue them before they were killed. So, basically, they died and then their deaths were prevented by His Oneness of Earth who has been the time lord of earth for around 70,000 years already.

Basically, he needed to stop this because a time war erupted between the Pentagon of 2080 and the Pentagon of 1992. And this just interfered with human survival more sort of like the Ukraine war now is interfering with human survival on earth now and could eventually lead to human extinction. However, because timelines have been consciously altered a lot extinction now wouldn't occur until at least 2050.

So, by preventing the deaths of Captain Forward and Lieutenant Back a whole lot of insanity and deaths were prevented.

Note: By the way, it is likely that the Ukraine war, (like World War II and the nuking of Hiroshima and Nagasaki will probably stay intact on the time line. Why?

Because mankind needs to learn a lesson from all of these things in order not to go extinct this century or next.

Note: Have you read "The Day After Roswell" by Colonel Corso who was under President Eisenhower in the DIA and he and his commanding General  were tasked with giving Roswell technology to U.S. corporations. He was told to tell the U.S. corporations that these were Russian  technical Advances that the U.S. government had obtained rather than talk about Roswell.

So, Kevlar is from Roswell. And microchips are from Roswell Crash as well. So, if you haven't you should read "The Day AFter Roswell". Colonel Corso wrote this before he passed on because he and his general promised that one of them needed to tell the American people the truth before they both died.

Part of what is written in the book is about the helmets used by aliens to pilot their time-space ships. However, it made most American Pilots insane to wear these helmets.

So, new helmets were designed and over time they found ways to test Air Force pilots to fly the time-space saucers with their minds and awarenesses. I think they had to modify the helmet technology so it wouldn't kill any more Air Force pilots like it did in the 1950s.

So, by the time Forward and Back were tested for being time pilots a lot of the problems had been worked out. It took people that had a certain way that they perceived time and space to be able to be okay using these helmets for piloting the ships through time.

For example, a Tibetan Lama might be a good time space pilot but maybe not a good driver of a car here on earth because doing these two different tasks are very different in what is required.

The Tibetan Lama I and my wife brought over from India in 1986 altered time and space all the time as that was what a Tibetan lama often is trained to do. However, piloting a car or truck is a different skill and you have to see the universe differently to be a good driver.

So, just like driving a car or truck or bus is one skill, piloting a plane is a completely different skill and the two aren't really related as much as you might think. The same is true with being a Time Pilot which causes you to navigate time but not necessarily space.

For example, I soloed in a Cessna 152 at Watsonville Airport in 1989 a few years after my father passed away. I was looking for an airport without a tower because it is much more expensive to learn to fly where there is a landing and takeoff tower managing planes taking off and landing. So, learning to fly where there was no tower was much less expensive for me.

However, as I learned things like doing figure 8s in the wind where you have to keep the plane over th same ground each time this is very hard in a cross wind. If you are driving a car or truck in a cross wind you might have to turn the steering wheel into the wind so the wind doesn't blow your vehicle off the road sometimes but trying to fly in a 20 mph crosswind is really hard if you are trying to do perfect figure 8s on the ground with your plane's shadow for example where you are over the same ground while in a cross wind.

Likewise traveling time is many more variables than just a cross wind. And then when you arrive at your destination in time you might get sick from microbes that might not exist in that form in your home time. So, having a young and very strong immune system helps keep you from dying while traveling time too.
