Is the Galaxy using Putin to reduce human populations on earth?

 I cannot say for sure but I'm thinking "Maybe this is true".

For example, I cannot think of many things going on here on earth more counterproductive to both Russia's future survival and the world's human survival than the war in Ukraine.

So, on one level it is an inoculation against civil war here in the U.S. because of what Putin is doing. It is also bringing Europe and the rest of the world into alignment against Russia as well.

The only real nation in a quandary about what to do next is China.
