I see the governments of Russia and China slowly collapsing over the next 50 years caused by Global Climate changes

The real question I have is: "Will they attack other countries around the world or not as this inevitable collapse of the systems of Governance within China and Russia collapse of their own weight?"

The types of governance that China and Russia presently have cannot withstand what global climate change is going to do to them and has already done to them.

It's not that democracies will fare much better than autocracies, but in democracies there are more chances to create useful reactions to global climate changes fast enough to survive those changes somewhat. Whereas in autocracies like Russia and China which are completely selfish governments there is no way provided for the people to survive the changes they will encounter.

We see this demonstrated most fully right now with Omicron in China. Millions are dying both from Omicron and from lockdowns from Zero Covid policies from starvation (or not being fed while in lockdown). This will only get much worse in future pandemics and plagues as time goes on.

Both Russian and Chinese autocracies will collapse of their own weight over time. However, it remains to be seen whether the governments will mobilize against the rest of the world like Russia now has trying to focus attention away from real governmental collapse like we presently have in Russia.

For example, between 25% to 30% or more of the grain crop in China has been lost already to flooding. Add to this problem the 30% of the grain in Ukraine and Russia not being harvested because of the Ukraine war and you begin to see the scope of the problem for Russia and China even this present year and the next year. And if Ukrainian farmers are not paid for their crops then they cannot replant the next grain crops so next year will be just as bad or worse which will lead to the greatest famine on earth since World War I for at least the next 2 years. And this likely is going to get even worse because of Russia blockading all Ukrainian ports which usually ship this grain via ships around the world from there. So, right now Ukrainian grain will begin rotting soon because it isn't allowed to be shipped for the present and this will cause untold hardship and suffering throughout the middle East and Africa especially that usually buy this grain from Ukraine.
