Yes. The problem compounds itself simply because farmers cannot plant new crops until they are paid for previous crops in Ukraine. So, if Russia continues the blockade of all Ukrainian ports then Ukrainian farmers will not grow the next seasons crops either. And because Ukraine and Russia supply 30% of the world's grains this is going to skyrocket grain prices all over the world to the point where the poorest 50% of the world will begin to starve and some will die. IT is expected that double the number of people who will starve to death these next two years worldwide. And if Russia continues this blockade it will continue as long as this blockade lasts the 3rd world will starve.
