If I took a 5 minute walk every half hour I think I would be hating it

What do I mean by that?

Think about it. IF you want to exercise regularly you better enjoy it. This is why I walk at least 1/2 hour or more along the beach (weather permitting which is about 1 mile away from where I live) or I walk in the forest nearby which has redwood trees, oak trees and pine trees and other trees and sometimes Cypress trees too.

But, if I had to force myself to get up every 5 minutes for every half hour I would likely last doing this about 1 day.

So, like I said, "It's really important to find some exercise that you enjoy or you just won't do it eventually.

In my case I have a 3 year old Female Corgi who is a Blue Merle with one blue eye and one half blue eye and half brown eye and she needs to walk every day to have her world go right. So, my wife and I make sure she gets out every day if possible for a walk on the beach or in the forest so she is more manageable at night. Also, I play what we call "Doggie Soccer" out on the deck in the back where it's railed in enough to where we don't usually lose balls over the rail into the back yard. So, between playing "Doggie Soccer" with my dog whenever I'm here and taking her for walks at the beach (which is beautiful now) after all the storms and the sunshine now (even though it's pretty cold for us (in the low 50s Fahrenheit and down to 40 tonight which I think is the coldest night time temperature in awhile (even though we likely have had a 35 or a 38 also at least once so far this winter Season.

So, what I'm saying is I get regular exercise every day which is one reason I'm still alive today in my mid 70s.

By God's Grace
