What does 40% less pollinators on earth actually mean?

 It means that only in rich countries do they have people with controlled Apiaries where they take their bees from field to field to pollinate crops. If you don't have this and your country or area has used Herbicides or insecticides with neurotoxins the bees cannot find their nest. In otherwords they get senile dementia as young bees and cannot find their nest because their brains and instincts don't work. If this is true then what does eating that food do to older or younger humans if it takes away the mental capacity of bees. Does it also take away the mental capacity of humans eventually too? I would assume so that this would happen which is why I buy mostly organic non sprayed foods in my life.

So, this also means that crops will not grow in poorer countries where they don't have Bee Keepers who are on top of this situation because the neurotoxins in herbicides and insecticides already destroyed the hives both wild and domesticated in their areas.

But, even the hives of Bee keepers here in the U.S. are dying right and left where these neurotoxin herbicides and insecticides have been sprayed. So, this is a worldwide problem wherever neurotoxin sprays are used on crops which creates dying bee colonies and among other pollinators like bumblebees and others likely are dying too worldwide.
