Mount Laguna 29 inches
If these locations were in the High Sierras or some place like Mount Shasta or even Mt. Lassen they wouldn't be unusual but these places are all in Southern California not in the Sierras or Cascade mountains!
Also, people were snow boarding right above Santa Barbara on the hills there too!
