Then it clears up Saturday and a new storm moves in Sunday through Wednesday. However, I'm not sure what temperatures are doing Sunday through Wednesday. The high today in Santa Barbara was about 52 degrees which is pretty cold for around here this far into Southern California. I do know that Portland got paralyzed from 11 inches of snow because most years they NEVER get more than 1 to 3 inches at a time which is more manageable because if you have an all wheel drive car or 4 wheel drive 1 to 3 inches of snow is usually manageable even without a snow plow. Tomorrow in San Francisco the high is 49 degrees and the low is 40. IN San Francisco it is supposed to rain some every single day including today through next Tuesday.
