To say that I am a Nikki Haley ardent supporter isn't true.
However, since over 70% of Americans don't want Trump or Biden to be President something must be done.
This is why I say that Nikki Haley, even though she is a Republican might be the best bet we have going for the survival of our democracy.
Why?
Because either Trump or Biden could easily die between now and November. And Trump is so crazy already and never telling the truth about anything at all to anyone that whether he is alive or dead or insane he is of no use whatsoever to the survival of our democracy.
And Biden is ONLY running to keep Trump from becoming President.
You saw this today in Trump freaking out about Nikki Haley staying in the race. Nikki Haley is the biggest single threat to Trump NOT Biden really. Why?
Because she is the best hope for our democracy of the American People right now.
Trump is not hope because most people don't want him to run.
Biden is not hope because he is ONLY running to make sure Trump doesn't become president.
Therefore Nikki Haley is the biggest threat to Trump.
Yes. She says she will pardon Trump for all federal crimes.
But, isn't this what President Ford did too for Nixon to protect the Presidential office itself for all future presidents.
Besides, Trump will still be convicted by state cases because ANY president cannot pardon Trump for state crimes.
So, de facto Nikki Haley becomes the best hope at present for the survival of our democracy at this point.
Could this change? On a dime it could change.
But, Today, Nikki Haley is the best hope we have for the survival of our democracy not Trump and not Biden.
