Why is a hypothyroid condition?
It is your thyroid glands not producing enough thyroid to keep your hormones in balance.
It's not as bad as diabetes but it can be debilitating in depression especially which affects your life a lot.
For me, it made my hands cold too. So, as soon as I started taking Armour thyroid my hands got warm. And when I was diagnosed it was 2006 and I was 58 years old. So, I went from thinking I was going to die of Bronchitis or pneumonia caused by a hypothyroid condition to taking Armour thyroid and feeling in my mind like a 20 year old again and having my life renewed instead of dying by age 60 with pneumonia caused by my hypothyroid condition that was undiagnosed until 2006 when I was 58 years old.
So, at 58 I realized I wasn't going to die by 60 like I had thought, I was no longer depressed. My hands were warm for the first time in my life. "My mother used to say, cold hands warm heart" in my case and other girlfriends said this too of me.
What is the negative part about taking Thyroid?
It is my belief that the drug companies don't want people to use Armour thyroid because it comes from pig thyroids because they only make money off o things like Synthroid which is a chemically created drug for thyroidism.
However, Armour Thyroid has "NO SIDE EFFECTS".
HOwever, it also costs me round 180 dollars a month because drug companies don't want me using this instead of products like Synthroid.
So, if you have hypothyroidism and you want the best results try Armour thyroid if you can afford to take it. Otherwise the synthetic versions of thyroid have you by the balls and there ARE side effects to all these synthetic thyroid products.
So, if you can and are hypothyroid try taking Armour thyroid at least to see if it works better for you than synthetic thyroid products so then you will know which is best for your long term survival as someone with hypothyroidism.
