They would hire agitators to go to Minnesota to Minneapolis to make sure Trump invoked the "Insurrection Act".
Why would they do this?
The U.S. has done this in countries all over the world in the past and so have Putin and likely Xi too to make the government weak and create a civil war. While the civil War is going on they take over either directly or indirectly those governments that become too weak to fight them off somehow.
Since Putin and XI see Trump as a complete fool this is what they would do!
Trump may be a scary fool but he is still a fool with no long term experience regarding what he is presently doing at all.
