So far it has brought an amazing amount of Hurricanes to the Eastern Pacific Ocean which has caused a lot of beach erosion all the way up and down California, especially Southern Califronia where many coastal houses have been ruined or red tagged. However, as the sea rises I suppose this is inevitable which is one reason why we bought our house at 300 feet elevation so it wouldn't wash away in a Tsunami or King Tide like many likely will this year from the King Tides if they coincide with Storms.
