After the Camaro there was a blaze of Cars in my life as it moved forwards to marriage and children and owning businesses eventually

I think at some point when I realized I wanted to change careers I was really disappointed that working in the Computer field I couldn't do what I wanted to mostly because it was going to be 50 years before artificial intelligence could actually do what I wanted it to in 1968. So, once again I returned to college and bought this time a 1966 Bug which looked exactly like the 1965 with Seablu paint and white leather interior but it had a 1600 engine instead of a 1500 engine like I had in the 1965 Bug.

My parents kept the Camaro in the family while I returned to college with the new bug. This time I wanted to become a psychologist (totally different direction). However, this was way laid a few years later by getting married and having a son when I was 25 and 26 years of age.

Then we moved to Hawaii to Hilo and I sold my grand piano and 1966 Bug to finance the trip. My new wife had lived in Hilo before and wanted to go back but this didn't work out because we now had a baby and she wasn't single anymore in Hawaii. we were young. what can I say? I was 26 and she was 21 then.

When I came back to the Mainland a few months later I worked in my father's, Uncles and cousins Mining company as a partner for awhile and I remember I bought a VW Window Van and had that for awhile and I think I started driving the 1968 Camaro at some point too as it was still in the family and eventually we bought a 1976 Datsun Truck when we moved to Mt. Shasta in Redding nearby that was blue like all the other cars I had owned up until then.

Note: Datsun eventually became Nissan
