Kerviel the young French trader was made a scapegoat for Societe Generale SA,
Though the courts blame Kerviel most everyone knows that he was just one of the pawns of Societe Generale and mostly just doing what he was told to do and convicted to scare other traders like himself from future similar trades. Though his life is ruined to the point where they might as well have executed him, you can see from pictures of him how pissed off he is from the injustice.
