Potential California Superstorm

Threat of California 'superstorm' on the rise

The threat of a potential superstorm is obvious to anyone on earth who is studying the weather cycle the world appears to be in now worldwide. From the Floods of Pakistan, to the flooding in Brazil, Australia, Europe etc. , all around the world there is more and more evidence of the "Scary Rain" or too much rain for people, animals, houses, cars etc. to survive is all over the world in the news and in actuality. So, hearing that there is a threat of a California superstorm like hit here in the 1860s where California Governor Stanford had to go to his own inauguration in a boat and where most of the Sacramento Valley was underwater makes a lot of sense to me now.

Also, sometimes I wonder if we could also be experiencing a form of weather warfare. If one researches weather warfare it sort of disappears into a clandestine form after Great Britain experimented with Weather Warfare during the 1950s and accidentally killed over 100 Britishers from floods caused by their experiments.

And just like UFO researchers or abductees and people who try to go into area 51 disappear permanently,  people who are not a part of a major government also disappear when they research too far in weather warfare directions as well.

I'm not saying what we on earth are experiencing is all weather warfare or that it is even a factor. However, when the poles start to melt and islands start disappearing in the Pacific Ocean and thousands and millions of people's lives are permanently changed or destroyed I think the question at the very least needs to be asked.
