My personal theory based upon everything I have experienced, studied or read is that UFOs mostly are our descendents here on earth trying to protect time lines so that they are born. In this sense they are not trying to kill, or destroy us but only trying to make sure they get born and can live their lives in peace in the future. So, they likely are protecting their own births more than anything else from rivals who wish different time lines to exist more than any other single thing.
Since it is my present belief that time travel has always existed throughout multiple galaxies, likely it is one of the most dangerous things in existence. Because time travel in the wrong hands could prevent the birth of the human race on earth before it happened, for example. So, I wouldn't expect any government ever to admit to having access to time travel even though I'm pretty sure at the very least the U.S. government (at some level) does have the use of time travel since at the very least the 1950s if not before then. This, I believe is the single reason why there has not been another nuclear blast during warfare since 1945.
To the best of my ability I write about my experience of the Universe Past, Present and Future
