5 million people in non-Obamacare supporting states could be on obamacare now

Obama said today that 5 million people in non-Obamacare supporting states could be on Obamacare now. My thought is that many of these 5 million are going to die when they don't have to in non-Obamacare supporting states that shouldn't have to because their states won't support Obamacare as well. Because if they don't have insurance but need it to stay alive they are simply going to die in these states. I think relatives of those dying because of this should publicize their relatives deaths and lay their deaths on those states governments heads. Maybe this will wake those states up.
