Stability and Order:or Human Rights and Democracy?

This appears to be the case wherever revolutions of one kind or another are occurring here on earth now. It didn't use to be this way 50 or more years ago so much.

But, I think the cause of this now is more about Global Climate Change, lack of jobs (a way to make a living) and just starvation.

If there are no jobs somewhere and you can't depend upon the rain or water enough to grow crops it will tend to make young people more like terrorists or criminals in order to find a way to survive. This destabilizes whole regions and sometimes countries too. So, it now (because of Global Climate Change)is less about creating democracies than just about human survival.

In the middle east the primary driving force for Arab Spring was that most people under age 30 could not get good enough jobs to marry. This sends any culture into chaos when this happens. Also, the sheer number of people under 30 years of age especially throughout the middle east compounds the problem because the ecosystem simply cannot support this many people staying alive with limited farmlands and potable water.  So, this forces many young men especially to not marry and sometimes the only way forward might be to join gangs who steal or smuggle or join terrorist cells because most terrorist cells are paid for by drug cartel money or slave trading around the world.

So, in many parts of the world young men in order to not starve to death are given only one choice and that is not to be a law abiding citizen. And this is the real problem western nations face with terrorism.

So, I would say the two biggest causes of Terrorism on earth now are overpopulation and Global Climate changes.

What we are seeing in Ukraine is a manifestation of this problem as it relates to Russia. In some ways Russia has always worked more like a monarchy or dictatorship (depending upon the era). There has never been much of a democracy there because the infrastructure hasn't adapted to this. So, when the system is not really conducive to democracy at least in an economic way you are going to see what is actually happening now.

Because the checks and balances necessary for a robust democracy and robust but fair capitalistic system are not there in Russia nor are they yet even in China because everything is so top down the way both systems operate.

So, the complete lack of human rights both in Russia and China are products of their last 1000 years or more of history whereas England, Europe and the U.S. can date their more fair systems back all the way to the Magna Carta in England almost 1000 years ago now.

So, we see order but not human rights in Russia and China.

Whereas we see the smothering of actual human rights and democracy in Europe and the U.S. by the very rich because you notice no one went to jail for causing the Great Recession. So, now we know in the western world only poor criminals go to jail and never corporations or their heads for causing the last economic disaster of the Great Recession which is still reverberating around the world since 2007 and 2008 until now.

And we also know that no useful laws are in place even in the U.S. to prevent another Great Recession or something far worse that might exceed the Great Depression worldwide at some point in the near or far future from banks too big to fail around the world.

And as economic problems go I would worry the most about Chinese Big Banks at this juncture failing more than others because the property bubble that hit the U.S. appears to be starting to hit China now since property has become over inflated there like it was in 2006 and 2007 here in the U.S. So, I would watch for failing Chinese banks. However, since China is set up differently than the U.S. the government might hide this information from their people. So, it is difficult to know if information would even get out to the Chinese let alone world wide if there really was something similar to a banking system failure in China.
