Are there colonies of humans from Earth on Other planets?

I cannot speak factually because if I could I wouldn't be alive to tell about it if I had proof. This is important to understand about this sort of thing.

However, as an intuitive I believe from everything I have learned and studied since the 1950s when I was a boy that likely Eisenhower purchased Time Space Flying Saucers from an alien Group in 1953. What did he pay for them? Though this is debatable generally he gave certain aliens the right to study the average non-governmental person who isn't related to the people that he bought the saucers from.  Because many people visiting are from the future and simply here to protect their ancestors: US. If they don't protect the time lines of their ancestors they will simply "Never be born". So, protecting time lines is part of the agreement with the aliens. Then you bring in the Internet, Cell phones, Ipads etc. Through these devices what people are generally doing who have these devices can be ascertained from the past, present or future by humans or aliens of any technologically developed time. So, likely this is something he sold for getting ongoing time space travel.

So, likely from 1953 Americans at the latest were exploring various times and spaces.

So, are there human colonies on earth planets?

That is a very interesting question that has to be answered: Yes.

But, then it has to be qualified. Likely there are military volunteers in various times and spaces (including other planets) as late as 1969 or as early as: "The time of the Philadelphia experiment". However, likely when the U.S. Navy accidentally discovered Time travel (and many Navy personnel died or were maimed or driven insane during that "Accidental Process" of the discovery of time travel while looking for a way to make U.S. Naval ships invisible to U-boats during World War II.

Or when the Astronauts first landed on the moon likely a colony was established there as a base for traveling to other planets at that time.

Why weren't the American people or people of the world informed about that?

If you remember we were in a Cold War and expected the whole world to be destroyed by it. Just like Eisenhower built superhighways for evacuation from cities and built Darpa computers to redundantly carry the same information at at least 20 to 100 different locations in the U.S. (which became eventually the Internet) it is also likely that we have bases on other planets (that likely many people died to create in various ways) with many still operational today in many different times and space including places deep into our past here on earth.

But, here is the kicker. Eisenhower sold the average person to the aliens who gave him time and space travel in order to keep the earth from being nuked out of existence.

How did he do this?

If you have time travel you can prevent any nuclear war even after it happens by retroactively fixing time.

This is not only a great General but also a Great President for thinking this way.
