Ebola is a tool for ISIS and Boko Haram to destabilize governments

Where do terrorist groups do best?

They do best where the Central governments of those nations are weak or non-existent. So, Ebola is something that ISIS and Boko Haram and other terrorist groups would encourage.

In fact, the 8 ebola workers killed in Guinea could have been caused by Boko Haram or ISIS or other terror groups telling people anti-government propaganda in order to collapse governments locally. If infrastructure collapses terrorist groups can run roughshod over whole countries. This is something for all strong and weaker governments in the world to think about a plan for dealing with this as Ebola spreads across Africa and likely then into the Middle East.

IF this isn't better dealt with all of Africa and all of the middle East is going to be a terrorist haven with governments collapsed or in various states of chaos out the other end of this whenever Ebola Subsides.
