Yes. There is no 100% way to stop all Ebola patients coming infected to your country completely. However, one way to slow down the infections coming to your country is by stopping direct flights from Ebola infected countries to your country.
Of course this might also mean people find their way to your country from flights they took to non-infected countries and then took a direct flight to your country from there.
However, countries likely are going to have to be thinking this way now as this is serious for the whole world in a way it wasn't a few months ago.
It is now theoretically possible that millions or more could be infected or die from this worldwide over the next 5 years at this point.
