The lady (I believe it is the sister of the Ebola Patient) is worried because she is quarantined in a house where he got sick, and doesn't know what to do with the sheets he was sweating on because they could pass on the virus as well as him. So, the Texas authorities are sending in likely a hazmat team to get the sheets and burn them. So, she is worried that just being around the area where he was might give her Ebola too which is a genuine concern. It is possible that forcing her to stay where he got Ebola might give her Ebola too if she hasn't been exposed to it already.
