I would have never believed jeju island existed unless I saw it for myself. Very clear air off the ocean for being so close to Seoul, Shanghai and Tokyo so people often fly to jeju from china, Japan and Korea for a weekend or longer getaway because it is so relatively beautiful.
It is a different experience than Hawaii, even though there are craters and lava all over. So the beaches remind me of especially San Diego to Santa Barbara and maybe Santa Cruz in the summer. Only you have a Korean island culture that speaks an island dialect different than the mainland. But you might still get 1 to 3 days of snow here in winter even so.
To the best of my ability I write about my experience of the Universe Past, Present and Future
