This is an over the counter from a pharmacy: Coricidan Hpb cough and cold (make sure it is the one with a hard red pill and not the one that is a gell cap. If you don't have heart problems you can use Sudafed instead which dries out your lungs so you don't get pneumonia.
2. Clear Lungs extra Strength from Whole Foods or like minded places
3. Premium Night time Cough and Bronchial Syrup for restfull sleeep. (Also from Whole food or similar places.
4. Zi-cam no drip nasal spray (to keep your nasal passages clear) or
5. I suppose you could also use a Netty pot if you know how to balance the salt in one of those warm water things you pour into one nostril and out the other. You have to be kind of skilled to do this (or have someone show you how) so you don't burn your nose or choke.
