This morning on the Weather Channel
I was watching people stuck from flooding (they weren't going anywhere) on a Dallas Freeway. So, after a couple of hours of being stationary, a crane was brought in to move the cement center dividers so cars and trucks could turn around and go out the other direction on the freeway. Since the freeway wasn't moving in either direction it made sense to do this. Also, they said the flooded area was not going to clear anytime soon so this freeway might be impassable all day or longer.
