This likely is the coldest it's been since about last February or March on the northern California coast at this point. We had temperatures in the 40s but mostly into the 45 or higher as our lows up until now. So, 38 is the lowest definitely for about 8 months at least at this point. 38 is about 3.33 Celsius or just above freezing. But it's better than -9 in Wyoming Fahrenheit tonight
It goes from 30 on the northern Washington Coast to 44 in San Diego tonight.
