partial quote from page 14 Time Magazine from the November 20th 2017
"An increasing number of CEO's are concluding that they can motivate employees, build loyalty among customers and perhaps even play a small role in restoring public trust in business by making a strong public commitment to doing good in the world. Benioff says his 1-1-1 plan has been adopted by 3000 other companies. That can't be a bad thing.
(What is the 1-1-1 plan?)
"He also touted Salesforce's "1-1-1" plan philanthropy model, in which it devotes 1% of it's equity, 1% of it's products and 1% of it's employees time to charity.
end quote.
I guess this means that 3% of the money of the corporation Salesforce is dedicated to being benevolent to others along with 3% of the money of 3000 other companies.
IF this is true then Kudos to all 3000 of these companies.
