I found out today that Diverticulosis is common in people above 40 years old in the U.S.

It appears to be caused mostly by processed foods. Problems with it can be alleviated by eating more ruffage. By 80 years of age 100% of people in the U.S. have diverticulosis.
 
Diverticulosis is NOT Diverticulitis which is a much more serious and sometimes fatal condition
