This is very strange. I've never even heard of the whole Internet going down all at once. The only logical thing would be some kind of worm likely was added to the whole Internet for this to actually happen in the first place. People might say this is normal but it is anything but normal. This is on the order of an unbelievable occurrence anywhere on earth. You might get a proprietary section of the Internet to go down like a "Facebook" or Google or Microsoft but the whole Internet? I'm thinking this is something that Russia would be behind since they are at "WAR" with us in regard to trying to destroy the presidency and the institutions of our democracy.With Trump so far they are succeeding.
