I recently met Elena Orlova, the famous Russian Healer who has healed
people on all continents. She is a traditional Russian Shamaness. (the word Shaman came from Siberia where she is from). She comes from a long line of healers and is highly educated with one or more master's degrees as well. She was staying with friends of mine in Mt. Shasta and staying at their home with them during a conference she was attending there. MY experience of Great Healers is that they all are telepathic at any distance. There is this quality they have which is beyond time and space that they all have in common I find. Since I am also moving in a more healing direction myself at this point in my life I'm learning a lot about how healing takes place from Masters and Angels like Jesus and Saint Germain to Archangels and all angels of healing everywhere to human beings here on earth. By God's Grace.
She spoke at length about having a healing conference in Mumbai, India for women who had been raped down to about 9 or 8 year olds and who had been abused. She was pretty horrified by what she had to deal with during this conference. It was interesting to me because I also have spent time in India and Nepal in 1985 and 1986 and she experienced culture shock from her experiences there too. People I talked to in 1985 and 1986 told me that even then they had this "Love Hate" relationship with India because of the precious quality of the people and then you also had to deal with dead bodies all over the place unattended and rotting in the sun. Then you couldn't go there without seeing the bodies of dead people on streets and people suffering a lot. I hear this has changed a lot now so this is good but still she remarked about some of the problems created by an extreme overpopulated patriarchal society where often women and girls have no rights at all still. So, she experienced culture shock in helping to heal all these women at a conference of many days in Mumbai. This made complete sense to me. When you visit cultures different than your own like you would in places like India, Nepal, some places in China and Tibet or Nepal you are bound to experience different levels of culture shock. And many people in the U.S. couldn't deal with this at all. So, maybe it's good only the brave from the U.S. travel to these countries because it is still like 1000 years ago many places you will visit if you get out of the biggest cities and go out into the country.
There may be still places that look like 1000 or 2000 years ago with no electricity and culturally are sort of like they were 1000 to 2000 years ago too.
