Why?
Because by the end if this century it likely could be underwater, if not during a regular day underwater during storms and surges from hurricanes and storms and water spouts etc.
Even owning property from 25 feet elevation to 75 feet elevation could be problematic during some storms and hurricanes and surges off the oceans.
The hotter the oceans get the more problematic this becomes worldwide.
But, I suppose if you can move your home somehow to higher ground (like a motor home or mobile home then I suppose you could move it to higher ground during serious storms and storm surges and hurricanes. Semi permanent structures like Yurts can also be moved even though the platform they are set up on might be destroyed by storms.
