I realized the previous title isn't correct

What needs to be said is the Wikipedia English version is likely for all English speakers worldwide in all countries of the world and likely pieces at Wikipedia might be edited from any country on earth because of this. Not sure about this either way actually. But, this is what I presently think is going on.
