Also, remember, a National emergency can be a weather related emergency or a foreign power attacking us or terrorists attacking us.
Which one is this?
If it's not a weather emergency or a foreign power attacking us or terrorists attacking us then it's just illegal in the first place and likely will help remove Trump from office at this point. Very likely it could result in his impeachment by declaring a national emergency when there is none.
However, if this is a power grab to overthrow our democracy (which is one of the forms a National emergency could take) by dissolving the Congress and the Supreme Court (As Trump might actually do here). After all, look at how much he cared about ANY government employees here. Do you really think now that he cares what happens to ANYONE but himself at this point?
He could care less whether our democracy goes on or not. He is a very very selfish man. Actions speak much louder than words.
The Other problem here is he wants to steal the money from Paradise survivors of that hell fire and survivors of Hurricanes in Texas and Florida and Puerto Rico. That is the money he wants to build the wall with by raping all the survivors of all these actual national emergencies.
To the best of my ability I write about my experience of the Universe Past, Present and Future
