When I realized "For Sure" there is life after death

This is a two part experience and after this paradigm shift I wasn't really scared of dying after this. I don't like pain. Who Does?

But, death itself lost it's sting for me after these two experiences taught me otherwise. What I mean by this is that I knew death wasn't the end after these two scientific experiences. I may not be able to prove this to you (until you have a similar experience) but this is what happened to me.

I was about 21 or 22 when the first experience happened where I got up in the desert in my father's best friend cabin when I was alone on Yucca Mesa so this would have been around 1970 to 1972 but likely 1971. I got up to go to the bathroom after I had gone to sleep around midnight. It was now likely about 2 am to 3 Am in time. But, as I walked into the bathroom and tried to turn on the light switch my whole arm went through the wall instead. This was terrifying because I was half asleep staggering into go to the bathroom to relieve myself and suddenly I'm walking around outside my body? This scared the living shit out of me and I was completely unprepared for this and almost just had a heart attack and died right there on the spot. I wracked my brains about what one did when they found themselves out of their body. I had read what to do at the Mythrus which was then a Mystical Bookstore in La Jolla that I often frequented then because I lived in Rancho Bernardo then and like to snorkel with my mask and fins and wet suit at the cove nearby then.

So, I remembered. I was supposed to walk back to where my body was and lay down into it. So, I did that and woke up shaking a lot and in terrible shock from this experience. Being alone through all of this wasn't something I could deal with so I just decided to get up and pack up and leave for home in Rancho Bernardo which was about 2 hours away. So, I loaded up my college car which was a 1966 VW Bug Seablue in Color with a white interior and drove home around 3 or 4 in the morning.

As I drove away I said to God: "God! You almost killed me with that! Can't I have a good experience of Soul travel?"

So, a month or two later it happened. I woke up and sat out of my body and looked back and saw my body sleeping there. But this time I wasn't scared because I was still joined from the hips to the toes. So, I was okay with this. And then another me (all of us had the same pajamas on by the way) another me walked in my door with a completely angelic look on it's face and lay down into me and I laid down into my body and I said to God: "Thank you God! I understand now."

At this point I had made the paradigm shift and no one could ever tell me that death was real after that. We drive around in these bodies like people drive around in cars. If you want to see how it really is in relation to souls and bodies (only that part) watch Dr. STrange the movie.

Because they both depict the way things really are for souls in relation to bodies. This is my experience
