It asked me if I wanted to translate the Comte De Saint Germain page to English. Luckily I pushed the right button so it translated most of the text on the page plus I also had two years of Francais (French in High School as well) years ago now.
But, the point is that you can now read the French version which might be different than the English Version because historically after all the Comte De Saint Germain lived in Paris a lot (even though he also lived in many other European cities including London during his lifetime.
