How is Artificial intelligence used?

Most of the ways artificial intelligence is used I would say are not in good ways.

What do I mean by this?

It appears that instead of assuming human beings are basically good, companies use Artificial intelligence more to track them as if they were criminals, (especially in China). But, this also occurs in Europe and the U.S. as well.

When you design Artificial intelligence programs to track every thought, every word, every action of everyone (and potentially every living thing on the planet) this is NOT a good thing. Why?

Because we were never meant to be tracked in this way. It's sort of like taking a scope with a camera and sticking it up your butt and watching the poop move through your own intestines. There is something seriously wrong and your head in some ways is up your ass too.

Now, if a doctor was doing this you would say it was a colonoscopy and might prevent colon cancer. But, if you are just doing this for no good reason then it could be bad too and psychologically unhealthy.

It is the same thing with Artificial intelligence observing everyone's actions and thoughts. Without enough privacy everyone will commit suicide or become dysfunctional. OR people will become automatons that will be slaves to Artificial intelligence worldwide.

This is actually the direction we are going now where we all become slaves to artificial intelligence. We are already being trained by artificial intelligence in this direction from baby hood in the developed nations of the world. Eventually it will be all nations.

I started studying about computers and programming languages like Cobol and Fortran in the 1960s in college. But, I never thought I'd see what I have seen since around the 1990s or 2000s where people get addicted to computer games and it can be as bad as being an alcoholic or drug addict. Or people taking their smartphones to bed with them or texting while driving or texting while walking out in front of a car or truck on a busy street and dying.

So, artificial intelligence is no longer really a friend but an enemy to mankind's survival ongoing at this point. I suppose to be completely realistic would be to say that artificial intelligence is equally good and equally bad. But, that is ONLY theoretical.

Because in reality the way governments and businesses use artificial intelligence now I would say it is only bad in a long term way in its affect upon mankind ongoing.

Despots like Xi in China and Putin in Russia track everyone on earth all the time now using artificial intelligence. This is not a good thing for any human being now or in the future.
