Iphone Hotspot?

On the Iphone 7plus I had a lot of trouble I found using my Iphone Hotspot. If you don't know what this is it is basically a way to get WIFI off your data if you get free data or in emergencies to your laptop or Ipad or whatever so you have an easier to use keyboard for whatever you are doing.

Last night I'm staying where the Wifi is pretty slow and they turned their WIFI off overnight. So, when I woke up I thought, "I wonder if my Iphone hotspot would work here on my free data? Recently I had bought an Iphone 11 plus because I had gotten used to the plus size smartphone (even though it is ungainly in my pocket I can see it much better than the smaller ones and read stuff easier.

But, it appears all the deficiencies of the Iphone Hotspot I encountered on my Iphone 7plus have been worked out pretty much completely on my Iphone 11 Plus smartphone as it was about 10 times faster than the wifi here where I stayed last night even though I'm miles away from downtown Mt. Shasta city out in the country overlooking a snow covered meadow and surrounded by port Orford Cedars that are beautiful too. It was 24 degrees this morning which I find makes really long and beautiful icicles coming off the roof out the window too. The longest one is about 3 feet long now. But, the skylights are still covered with snow above me on the roof.

The easiest way to use your Iphone hotspot is to connect it through a USB cord to your phone. Often this will cause your phone to charge from your computer or Ipad or whatever you are connecting to also so be sure you have enough charge in your computer or Ipad or whatever to deal with your phone charging too.

First you go into your "settings" button. now look down starting at airplane mode about 4 or five places to the green "personal hotspot" button. Click on that. Now click (allow others to join) which includes you. No one can join unless they have either the password or a USB to phone connection by cord by the way. The phone might ask you if you trust this computer. If you do then click that you trust the computer.  Your wifi phone hotspot should work if you have enough reception and data to make it work available.

For example, I'm blogging and doing research for blogging using my Iphone 11 Hotspot right now which is like I said 10 times or more faster than the local wifi here where I'm staying overlooking a snow covered meadow with icicles coming off the roof.
