For at least the next year the U.S. won't be able to help other countries much

Because of the chaos here at home caused by 200,000 plus cases and counting of coronavirus. There are 100 or more cases on one aircraft carrier and the captain is desperately looking for a place to take the whole crew to to prevent the spread even more.

Ships and barracks are going to spread the virus more than anything else I can think of. So, I'm thinking that officers and Sergeants who have off base housing more for their families than enlisted men need to shelter in place too unless they are needed. But, it might be hard to keep men new to the military who just joined at a rank lower than Sergeant  free of coronavirus nationwide and worldwide in all militaries everywhere on earth because Barracks are going to spread this like wildfire just like the 1918 Spanish flu did also.

If 1400 New York City police officers have coronavirus how many soldiers and sailors and pilots have coronavirus or are carriers?
