Though deaths are growing or staying the same in New York new cases are falling which means in about 2 to 3 weeks we should notice death numbers beginning to drop there.
This is what he was saying and I get it now!
So, what he is actually saying is New York might have hit it's peak in actual cases which means within 2 to 3 weeks or more death rates will naturally drop which is a very good and blessed thing that less people will be dying 2 to 3 weeks from now hopefully.
