There will be waves of this stuff not as bad likely as the first one that people are going to have to deal with worldwide. The more financially well off and introspective (able to be a home a lot) will tend to survive this best as long as they eat a good diet and exercise and communicate enough with family and friends to stay sane and healthy through all of this.
However, if you don't think you are going to be dealing with some aspect of all this 1 year from now you are wrong. The only exception to this would be if a vaccine is tested and proved thoroughly enough by then to work on enough people without severe side effects of one kind or another.
However, I'm not sure I would want a vaccine developed in China for example. However,if it came from Germany or France or Italy or Spain or Canada or the U.S. I likely would get vaccinated and be okay.
But, if it was developed in Russia or China I wouldn't want that vaccine. Too much has happened to have any faith or trust in either country during these times.
To the best of my ability I write about my experience of the Universe Past, Present and Future
