It's mostly a form of subliminal seduction where people are led to believe that it's safe to go around without a mask on. It's not even a direct thought. But, when he does this people think it's safe without a mask and get coronavirus and die, 3 to 4 weeks later.
He's doing this as a way of trying to get re-elected over the deaths of those who support him the most.
So, he's mostly killing those who love him the most.
This is sad but true.
