It was 93 at noon here on the northern Coast! I have never seen a temperature this high here in at least 10 years or more

Very surprising! Usually, we don't EVER get temperatures during the year over 80 to 85 degrees Fahrenheit. But, Global warming is obviously doing it's thing this year. I sort of wish today that I had brought the portable air conditioner back from Mt. Shasta with me for yesterday and today. Because most people here don't have air conditioners simply because they might only need them 2 days at most a year.

Last night at about 9 pm it finally cooled down enough to get out a big fan and turn it on which brought down the temperature in the house down to around 74 degrees and on down to 71 degrees eventually.

At noon when I checked Los Angeles it was 111 degrees Fahrenheit! It is still 111 degrees Fahrenheit now at around 3 pm Sunday!

Luckily our temperature reduced to 85 degrees by 3 pm. A breeze off the ocean must have caused this drop as I live within a mile of the ocean. I can often hear the sea lions carrying on nearby where they gather often year around.
