The most seasoned and experienced teachers are from ages 40 to 50 and above in Age. However, this is also the age where people are the most likely to die of coronavirus. So, we are losing many many many teachers who have decided that teaching though they love it is not something worth dying for. So, many teachers are either retiring or getting other jobs or since they are very educated, creating their own businesses, writing, consulting etc.
So, we are now losing most of the most intelligent and best teachers.
What can we do about this?
These teachers should be contacted to become Online teachers rather than in person teachers so all the best teachers should become online teachers for public and private schools nationwide and worldwide.
