I went outside to bring in a 5 gallon bottle of water that was delivered and it was the worst smoke to breathe I have ever seen. It's still looks like Armageddon along the coast but now the smoke has dropped down to where you have to breathe it if you are outside. So, in the last 48 hours there hasn't been a time where we could open the windows and actually get fresh clear air into the house.
