They finally installed a counter that goes beyond 2.5 million visits

At least 20 times I approached 2.5 million visits in the last 10 years time only to have my counts reduced by 50,000 or 100,000 visits without warning or reason. So, at least now their counters here actually work beyond 2.5 million visits as you can see by the number above. So, my real count is likely 5 million to 10 million visits at least at this point in time worldwide.

However, the more people that visit your site from all over the world the more protective you need to be of your identity and everything about yourself.

For example, I never tell people EXACTLY where I live. I never give the exact city but only say I live on the northern California coast. This way I can help people without harming the privacy of myself and my family long term.

I suppose if you were an actor or musician this is part of the price you pay to make a living doing whatever you do. But, for me, I do this as a public service to mankind and never have received a penny for doing any of this. So, I'm happy for things to be the way they are.
